At Aligned & Divine Mediumship, every session is held with care, respect, and clear boundaries. These policies are here to protect both your time and mine while making sure every client understands the nature of the work before booking.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to be eligible for a refund or to move the session to a new date.

Missed appointments, no-shows, or partially attended sessions are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Your payment secures your reserved session time. Because this time is held specifically for you, it cannot always be offered to another client without proper notice.

Payment & Chargebacks

By booking a session, you agree to the cancellation, refund, and service policies listed here.

Chargebacks filed after a completed, missed, or partially attended session will be disputed with proof of booking, payment, appointment records, communication, and service terms. If a false or improper chargeback is filed after services have been provided, Aligned & Divine Mediumship reserves the right to pursue collection, legal action, or court proceedings with supporting documentation.

Session Disclaimer

All mediumship sessions are offered in accordance with New York State regulations and are considered for entertainment purposes only.

Sessions may include intuitive guidance, mediumship, Reiki, energy healing, spiritual support, mindset shifts, and emotional reflection. These sessions are intended to support personal insight, healing, and spiritual growth, but they are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other licensed professional care.

By booking, you understand that all messages, insights, and guidance are not guarantees, diagnoses, treatment plans, or professional advice. You remain fully responsible for your own choices, actions, and decisions after the session.

The practitioner is not liable for any decisions, actions, outcomes, or interpretations made based on session content.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is deeply respected.

Information shared through booking forms, emails, or sessions is used only for communication, appointment management, intake, and service delivery. Session information will not be shared with a third party without your consent, unless required by law.

Your personal details, including your name, email, intake information, and session notes, will never be sold or shared for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
