Appointment Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments with a minimum of 48 hours' notice to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Missed appointments or partially attended sessions are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or late arrivals beyond the grace period.

In accordance with New York State regulations, all mediumship sessions are offered for entertainment purposes only.
Sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice or care.
By booking a session, you acknowledge that the practitioner is not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on session content.
No legal action may be brought against the practitioner regarding the insights, messages, or advice shared during a session.

All sessions are strictly confidential. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, unless required by law.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding any personal information you share through our website and during sessions.
Client information is used solely for communication, appointment management, and service delivery purposes. Your personal details (such as name, email, and session notes) will never be shared, sold, or used for marketing without your explicit consent.
